Lorinser has recently presented its tuning package for the Mercedes-Benz CLS Shooting Brake. The ride has been fitted with a custom aero body kit that features a new front spoiler, side skirts and new muffler tips. The German tuner can also add a set of 19- and 20- inch alloy wheels to the package, along with an adjustable suspension kit, as an optional extra. The base price for the styling package will set you back 6,176 EUR (including VAT).
Under the bonnet, the Mergede-Benz specialized tuner prepared a series of power upgrades for some of the engines in the lineup. For example, the CLS 350 BlueEFFICIENCY with its V6 3.5-liter engine got an extra 16 HP for a total of 322 HP – 237 kW while the torque figure has also been improved from 370 Nm (273 lb-ft) to 400 Nm (295 lb-ft). Furthermore, the CLS 350 CDI BlueEFFICIENCY also got its 3.0-liter V6 jacked from 265 HP – 195 kW and 620 Nm (457 lb-ft) to 305 HP – 224 kW and 695 Nm (513 lb-ft).
Last but not least, the interior of the ride has been discreetly modified, with only a few styling cues like the new logo on the steering wheel and the Lorinser markings on the doorsteps, being directly noticeable.
